We do not accept caterers or the hospitality industry. Commercial training is by a separate arrangement.

Join us in our South Somerset home for a North Indian Street food workshop.
During this half day Indian street food workshop, you will learn how to make the traditional street food dishes eaten across Punjab and the rest of the world.
Taught by Indian mother and daughter, Surinder and Safia, who have over 65 years experience between them.
You will learn how to make these North Indian street food dishes…
- Vegetarian samosas
- Gol Guppe (also know as Pani Puri)
- Amritsari fish.
What will you get at our street food cookery workshop?
- Access to culinary knowledge only found within Indian families, learning traditional techniques in the style that Indian mothers teach their daughters.
- An open and relaxed learning environment where you can ask questions and are given culinary advice on how to transfer these skills to suit your kitchen facilities, as well as your lifestyle.
- Small groups (maximum of 8 people to a workshop)
- Preparing the dishes by yourself, under expert supervision, hands-on, with no sharing or solely by demonstration.
- No hidden fees or charges.
